The Speedster 50th Anniversary Event poster was created from an original painting by acclaimed artist Roy Dryer.  It portrays the Speedster in Pebble Beach, California, where Porsche's 50s icon scored early successes at the Pebble Beach Races and at the inaugural Laguna Seca Races. The painting captures the timeless spirit of the Speedster in its 50th Anniversary.

Roy E. Dryer III was born in San Francisco and raised on the San Francisco peninsula. He is renowned for posters for the Ironstone Concours, the Silverado Concours, and the Lake Tahoe Wooden Boat Concours d'Elegance. In the past two decades he has done numerous commissioned paintings of classic cars, boats, planes, and homes in his vibrant photo impressionistic style. Mr. Dyer and his paintings were recently featured in Automobile Magazine.
